2. Important Return Notes & Fee Rules
Please carefully check the following rules before submitting your return request to avoid processing delays or rejection:

Product return rule: Only unopened HOVERAir products are eligible for online returns. Any return request will not be processed if you have already filed a logistics claim via Seel.

Return address requirement: Your return address must match the original shipping address on your order. If you need to change the return address, please contact our support team in advance.

HOVERCare exclusion: HOVERCare-related services are not eligible for online returns. Please contact customer support directly for all HOVERCare return inquiries.
- Multiple items return: If you need to return several items from the same order, you can select all target items at once on the return page (no need for separate applications).
Return Shipping & Service Fees (Within 15-day valid return window)

Unactivated products:You can return it for any reason. HOVERAir will cover the return shipping costs, regardless of whether the product has been unsealed.
