Warranty does not apply to products purchased from unauthorized third‑party sellers.

About the C2 adapter: It is pre-installed inside the power case and can be removed using the included L-shaped wrench. It is almost never missing — simply stored in its slot.
About the 65W charger: Only official website orders include it. An empty slot in the case is normal for Costco/Amazon bundles, as that slot is designed for optional accessories.
