6. How to buy and activate HOVERCare
- Purchase condition: Device must be brand new or activated within the last 30 days.
- Binding: After purchase you receive an activation code → go to “My HOVER” in the HOVER X1 app → associate your device → enter code.
- One device, one Care – cannot be transferred or reused.
- Flyaway replacement requires that the device was already bound to your app account before the flyaway occurs.
- Cancellation: You cannot cancel if Care has been activated for more than 15 days, unless the device itself is returned under the official return policy.
7. Before you send in your device
Back up and delete all personal data (images, videos, third‑party software) from the device’s built‑in memory and SD cards.
If you do not delete such data, Zero Zero may access it during service and may delete it as part of the repair process. Zero Zero is not liable for any data loss or disclosure.
8. Damage vs. Flyaway – step by step
Damage Replacement
- Contact support → receive shipping instructions.
- Return all covered components (aircraft, gimbal, propellers, prop guards, battery). If any part is missing, you cannot use the Damage service.
- Pay the Damage Replacement Fee.
- After your old device is shipped, Zero Zero sends a replacement (Express service).
- The replacement device is new or like‑new in performance.
Flyaway Replacement
- Device must be bound to your app account before the flyaway.
- Contact
support@hoverair.comand submit a Flyaway Report. - Once submitted, the lost device’s usage is restricted.
- Pay the Flyaway Replacement Fee – ownership of the lost device transfers to Zero Zero. The application cannot be cancelled.
- If you later find the device, you must return it to Zero Zero immediately.
