Hey there, adventurer!
We know how much you love your Device, and we’re here to make sure it keeps working like a charm. Sometimes, though, the gimbal (that’s the part that keeps your camera steady) might act up. Don’t worry—we’ve got your back! Let’s tackle those gimbal issues together.
Common Gimbal Issues You Might See:
- Gimbal Bloccato (Translation: Gimbal Locked)
- Gimbal Error (Translation: Something’s Not Right Here)
Let’s Get to the Bottom of This!
Here’s a quick rundown of what to do if your gimbal isn’t behaving. Follow these steps, and we’ll get it sorted in no time!
Step 1: Restart Your Device
Sometimes, a simple restart can work wonders. Here’s how:
- Turn off your Device.
- Restart it.
- Keep your hands away from the gimbal during startup. If your hand is touching it, it might mess up the gimbal’s self-check rotation.
- Watch the gimbal for 10 seconds. Does it rotate smoothly and then settle back to the center? If yes, and you don’t see any error messages in the app, you’re good to go!
-
Still seeing an error? No worries, let’s move to Step 2.
Step 2: Check for Obstructions
Sometimes, a little something might be in the way. Here’s what to do:
- Turn off the Device.
- Gently rotate the gimbal rotor with your finger. Is it moving smoothly, or do you feel something stuck?
- Remove any obstructions or foreign objects. If you find something, gently remove it and restart the device to see if that fixed the issue.
-
Still stuck? If you can’t remove the obstruction or don’t see anything obvious, it’s possible the gimbal structure is twisted or damaged. Don’t panic! This is where we step in.
