1. First, check the C2 adapter – it's likely not missing
The C2 charging port adapter is pre-installed inside the power case. It does not come loose in the box.
How to remove it:
1. Open the power case
2. Use the L-shaped wrench (included in the box)
3. Remove the C2 adapter from its slot inside the case
✅ In most cases, the C2 adapter is not missing – it is simply stored inside the case and just needs to be taken out.
2. The 65W charger depends on where you bought the product
Whether the 65W wall charger is included varies by purchase channel. Please check the table below:

⚡️ If you purchased from Costco, the empty slot in the case is not a missing item. It is designed for optional accessories. The 65W charger is not included in that bundle.
3. What to do based on your situation
Situation A: You cannot find the C2 adapter
- Follow the steps in Section 1 to remove it from inside the power case
- If it is still missing after checking, please email us at `support@hoverair.com` with photos of your case
Situation B: You are missing the 65W charger
If you purchased from HOVERAir Official Website:
- Email us at support@hoverair.com
- Provide your order number and photos of the package contents
If you purchased from Costco, Amazon, or another retailer:
- Please contact the retailer directly to verify what is included in your specific bundle
- If the charger was supposed to be included, they will assist you
Situation C: You are still unsure
1. Check the package list on product page for your specific retailer
2. Or email support@hoverair.com with:
- Your purchase channel
- Order number (if available)
- Photos of the empty slot or missing part
