How to Use Flykit: A Simple 6-Step Guide
Step 1: Power On the Beacon
First things first, open the Flykit tool. Then, press the Beaconโs power button to turn it on. Easy peasy!
Step 2: Connect the Beacon to Your Computer
Connect the Beacon to your computer. Press the Beaconโs function button for 10 seconds to get to the detection page. The Flykit tool will automatically detect the connected hardware. If it doesnโt detect the Beacon, try unplugging and re-plugging the connection cable while the Beacon is powered on. The tool will detect the Beacon and proceed to the next step.
Step 3: Enter the Update Page
Once the hardware is detected, the tool will automatically switch to the update page. Click the โUpdateโ button to continue.
Step 4: Review the Update Instructions
After clicking โUpdate,โ make sure youโve got everything in check:
- Ensure your computer is connected to the internet.
- Make sure the Beacon has sufficient battery.
- Ensure that the connection between the computer and the Beacon is stable.
Once youโve confirmed all that, click โStartโ to begin the update process. This typically takes 2โ10 minutes. Please be patient!
Step 5: Wait for the Update to Complete
Now, sit back and relax while the process finishes up. We know waiting can be tough, but itโll be worth it!
Step 6: Update Complete
The update is now complete!
