What to do when the only way of communication does not respond?
I have been waiting for my contribution 6044 (07/22) for more than a month but they still haven't sent me the package. I received an alarming message that the package was not sent to me because the carrier did not recognize the address. I sent the address again and they told me it was the same. And that day they cut off communication with me. They have my money, they have my article and they don't answer me. Does anyone know what other channels I can use to talk to them?

Unfortunately I am seeing some scam looking stuff going on here also .
They are trying to steal a few thousand from me .

I find myself in a similar situation, I received a tracking number/link that did not work. So I created a support case and ZZR responded with that they were looking into it. That was about two weeks ago, since then no response from them.
I really hope that they are just overwhelmed and busy and that they will eventually catch up and deliver, but I am very disappointed and I fear for my money…

ZeroZero finally took up my case, acknowledged that the original never arrived and sent me a new one. It took 3 months, but finally I have my Hover X1. So far it works great and I am really happy with it.
So, don't give up, keep reminding them in your ticket and at some point they will respond. It is far from how this should be, but at least they did deliver, and the drone is awesome…
