Delay and reason for not purchasing

Delay of V-Coptr shipments, if not a true scam, then prove it...and more MIGHT (probably not) purchase. What if I was the contracted company you counted on producing parts and then didnt send them. What would you do? Guys (customers), I probably will not get a believable response, but we can only hope as we have been patiently doing for the past 7 months since the first promised felivery date!!!!!
