Finally, we have found a solution.
Good evening:
After three months talking to support and coming and going with many persons, questions and possible solutions, we have found the solution for my HoverX1.
Finally, support has improve the HoverX1 with the option of hard reset. After that, I have connected the HoverX1 to my computer and it has been recognized by the system.
Paul from Hover support has been a big help in this proccess. Thank you very much!.
