Hover 2 battery won't charge, and charger flashing red and yellow /

Hi, 

Both of my Hover 2 battery won't charge.  When I plug battery with the charger, the charger flashes red and yellow all the time, and there is no any green led shown on the battery.  How to solve it? 

I've mailed months ago, no any response till now.
