Is anyone saying anything good about this device
I've checked out the community and the feature requests forums and every post seems to be from someone complaining about customer service and the device. What is going on with this company?

I purchased mine and except for a glitch doing the firmware upgrade ... I had to do a reset first ... it behaves just as advertised. Facial recognition is good, all the controls work as advertised. The Android app does lock up but you can restart it. I'm using App version 1.0.1 (Android) and firmware 1-1.9-1.0.22.

I bought this device a while back from an Apple store in the US. I trusted that it would be as advertised given that Apple was selling it in their stores.
This device is useless as far as I'm concerned. I tried using it indoors and it slammed up against the ceiling and we couldn't get it down. The facial recognition caused it to fly at me then away from me then make a mad dash for my face and I had to leap out of the way.
I used it at a friend's house and it went up then took off in a random direction with no control over a field then fell into some long grass.
I tried to get my money back but there's no chance of that with this company. The product behaves like a poor beta version and will only disappoint you. Their advertising with some girl dancing on the beach with the device flying around her is total nonsense.
They also show some couple walking through some narrow streets being filmed by their device with happy kids jump around. This device is so noisy that it won't be making anyone happy.
Go for one of the DJI drones. They're amazing and the support is great.
I'm still hoping that these guys will give me my money back.
