App continually " LOADING "...Does Not connect to Hover Camera

App does not connect and keeps "Loading". 

Did hard Reset, reinstalled the App and even used another Phone and still App keeps Loading.

Can not fly since controller and camera Never loads.

anyone else with this issue?. 

Solution ? Other than shipping back ?

  Send it back to the Factory. Got it back a week later. Problem solved. Never showed again in 2 months
