does anybody care in your company...does the owner know how you treat your paying customers...never get back on problems...I have been in business for 50 years and I don't treat my customers that way...we try to resolve issues right away...I don't know why it takes 2 months for a response....

  So I am having similler experience as you feel. They never reply answers for my quetionare as I ask.

  Are they a Chinese company?  If so,  I understsnd that their bussines manner is so behind.

  I need to know how many times can this battery be abble to recharge. They cannot answer?

  I apologize for our delayed response.  Our company has been growing at a rapid rate.   
  Regarding the battery charging problem,we suggest you use dry cloth to wipe the three metal interface on the battery.
  Please refer to the photo attached.
