battery charger flashing yellow

to whom it may concern... I have been trying to find out why the charger keeps flashing yellow when I try to charge my batteries ...please help or send me new batteries ...my other 2 batteries are fine.. I think its bad batteries...

  I have the same experience. I used the battery until totally discharged and left it for a month (while waiting for the customer service to answer my query), now suddenly it charges properly.

  i  had the same experience ... I just cleaned the contacts on the batteries and they started to charge.....

  We suggest you use dry cloth to wipe the three metal interface on the battery.
  Please refer to the photo attached.
